About the Event
Join Anu Watson for a practical session focussing on mobility, stability and flexibility for triathletes. Beyond swim, bike and run, keeping your body flexible and strong is important to stay healthy and injury free!
You will need some space (free of any obstructions/trip hazards), comfortable loose clothing, some water, a towel and a yoga mat if you have one but it is not necessary. You can do the session with comfortable training shoes on or barefoot. The session is designed to suit beginners but modifications/alternatives for each of the movements will be provided during the session to accommodate a variety of ability levels and ranges of movement.
