About the Event
Got yourself sorted with a bike for your triathlon - but suddenly realise you don't know the first thing about how a bike works?! Then look no further!
Jenni from the London Bike Kitchen will be showing you how to do a basic safety check, how to pump up your tyres, and how to do a quickie puncture repair (along with tips to prevent punctures). She'll also teach you how to flip your bike over without hitting yourself in the face! The session is perfect for beginners but is open to all, if you feel like a refresher in finding your way around your bike is needed.
This session is FREE to attend and will be held over zoom. You will receive the link when you sign up to the event. It will also be recorded so that you can watch back. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us on fundhertriuk@gmail.com
